Refund Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when Services provided by Bage Cloud LLC ("BAGEVM," "we," "us," or "our") may qualify for a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service and does not replace rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
A refund is not an unconditional trial for every product. Confirm the product, location, network, configuration, billing period, and compatibility before paying.
On this page 5 sections
1. Eligible Refund Requests
Unless a product page expressly provides different terms, only a customer's first eligible new VPS or cloud-server invoice may be submitted for a refund, and all of the following requirements must be met:
- The request is submitted by client-portal ticket within 24 hours after initial provisioning;
- Combined inbound and outbound transfer for the Service does not exceed 10 GB;
- The invoice was actually paid and is not subject to a chargeback, reversal, or unauthorized-payment dispute;
- The account and Service have no fraud, abuse, security incident, or violation of the Terms or AUP; and
- You provide order, payment, and account-ownership verification reasonably requested by us.
Submitting a request does not mean it is automatically approved. We review each request based on the order, resource consumption, payment status, refund history, and exclusions in this Policy and may deny the request, approve a partial refund, or approve a full refund as the circumstances support.
2. Ineligible Products and Events
Unless we agree in writing, a product description promises otherwise, or applicable law requires a refund, the following are generally ineligible:
- Renewals, upgrades, downgrades, migrations, reinstalls, Service transfers, and a second or later purchase of an otherwise eligible product;
- Dedicated servers, server hosting, custom networking or hardware, set-up, and installation work;
- Domains, software licenses, additional IP addresses, add-ons, account funding, and invoices paid with account credit;
- Promotional, clearance, specially priced, or expressly non-refundable orders;
- Resources and charges already consumed, reserved, or paid to a third party and not recoverable by us;
- Requests based on a mistaken location, operating system, configuration, or billing term; IP geolocation or third-party classification; or network quality, latency, or compatibility that was not expressly guaranteed;
- A DoS/DDoS attack, abuse complaint, blocklist entry, or restriction caused by Customer Content, configuration, compromised credentials, attacks, unlawful activity, or an AUP violation; and
- Suspected fraud, promotion abuse, duplicate accounts, abusive refunds, chargebacks, or another attempt to evade restrictions.
3. Refund Method and Costs
Except for cryptocurrency payments such as USDT and invoices paid with account credit, an approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Payment-gateway transaction fees already charged are non-refundable, and the payment gateway's actual settlement amount controls.
USDT and other blockchain transfers are generally irreversible and cannot be returned through the original payment route. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, an approved USDT refund can be issued only as non-withdrawable, non-transferable BAGEVM account credit and will not be returned to the sending address. An invoice paid with account credit can be refunded only to account credit.
Account credit has no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, or withdrawn, but it may be used for future eligible BAGEVM invoices. After a refund is processed, the account may be used for future orders but is not eligible for any further refund. If we confirm an erroneous collection, duplicate payment, or inability to provide an accepted Service, we may address it based on the circumstances while still following the refund routes above.
4. Request and Processing
Submit a client-portal ticket containing the Service ID, order or invoice number, reason for the request, and necessary proof of payment. For an incorrect, duplicate, or unidentified USDT payment, also provide the network, sending address, transaction hash, amount, and payment time. Never provide a private key or seed phrase.
We may request identity, account-ownership, payment-authorization, or resource-use verification. Keep the account accessible and reply promptly during review. Resource use may continue while a Service remains online. You may ask us to stop the Service when requesting a refund, but data may become unrecoverable after stopping or deletion.
We process a complete request within a reasonable time. Receipt time for a bank, payment-platform, or blockchain-related refund is controlled by the relevant channel. Once a refund is approved, the related Service may be terminated immediately and its server, storage, IP addresses, and data may be reclaimed and unrecoverable.
5. Exceptions and Contact
If we cancel a paid order before provisioning, cannot provide an accepted Service, confirm a duplicate payment, or applicable law requires a refund, we will return the corresponding amount as appropriate. Whether non-recoverable third-party costs are deducted depends on the cause and applicable law.
If you believe a payment was unauthorized, incorrect, or duplicated, contact us by ticket first so we can protect the account and reconcile the transaction. Starting a chargeback without reasonable communication does not automatically qualify for a refund or remove accrued fees. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account or Service restrictions.
